AU where Hide is a thief who breaks into Kaneki’s (white hair) house one night and while he’s there he decides to raid the fridge because he needs a midnight snack and soon sees that the only thing in the fridge is strangely packaged meat. Just as he is realizing that he is in the house of a ghoul, Kaneki walks in on him. Both threaten to turn the other in, but soon realize that would run the risk of revealing themselves, so they come to a truce of sorts. After that Hide would drop in if he was hiding from the cops or just needed a place to crash (or to see the hot white-haired ghoul), much to Kaneki’s annoyance
